That curiosity became a career. Tyler started his full-time teaching career in 2010 and has coached golfers across the Myrtle Beach area, helping beginners find their first swing, competitive players shave strokes off their handicap, and everyone in between discover that improvement isn't just possible — it's measurable.

Based at World Tour Golf Links in Myrtle Beach's Carolina Forest, Tyler has built his coaching practice on a simple but powerful principle: combine the art of teaching with the science of data. Tyler built his coaching presence at World Tour Golf Links — an award-winning Myrtle Beach landmark in the Carolina Forest area. Named National Golf Course of the Year by Golf Digest, World Tour is one of the Grand Strand's most distinctive golf experiences, featuring 27 holes that replicate some of the most famous holes in the world.

The course's three nine-hole layouts — the Open Nine, the International Nine, and the Championship Nine — take players on a journey through golf history, with holes inspired by Augusta National (including a replica of Amen Corner), St. Andrews, Pinehurst, TPC Sawgrass, Pine Valley, Royal Troon, and more. Each hole features a bronze plaque detailing its historical counterpart.

The practice facilities are among the best in the Myrtle Beach area, with a driving range, putting green, chipping green, and bunker area — everything needed for world-class instruction. The magnolia-lined driveway and stately clubhouse set the tone for a premier learning environment.
